Marc Bidou is the Chief Executive Officer of Bilendi, a company he founded in 1999 with the original concept of helping companies to increase the loyalty of customers who were becoming increasingly fickle in the new internet environment. This strategic vision allowed the company to develop rapidly; internally, by opening up the online panels market, as well as externally, thanks to the acquisition of several leading companies in their respective markets in Great Britain, Germany and Morocco.
Marc is also the key figure for large accounts, particularly in the banking and insurance, distribution, tourism, and telecommunication sectors.
Marc first put his talent to work at The Walt Disney Company in 1990, becoming the Business Development Manager of Disney Interactive (Europe, Middle East & Africa) in 1995.
He obtained a Master's degree in Management Sciences from the Université Paris IX Dauphine, a DESS diploma in Finance from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, and also a Master's degree in Strategic Management from the HEC Paris.
Thierry Hollocou Administration and Finance Director
Thierry joined the Bilendi group in 2011 after more than 20 years spent in financial and legal managerial posts with international media and new technology groups (Siemens, Deutsche Telekom, Lagardère, Cellfish). He has been involved in many fusion and acquisition operations.
Hervé Piedvache Chief Technical Officer
After several years with various IT companies, Hervé founded Elma in 1998. This IT services company was then integrated into the Bilendi group in 2000.
With his teams, Hervé designed and developed the Maximiles technical platform and develops customised web-based applications. A real relational database specialist, he knows all there is to know about Unix, Windows and Mac OS environments.
Sylvain Lefebvre Director of Services for Customer Engagement & Loyalty
Sylvain joined Bilendi in 2003 as the Customer Relations Director for bespoke loyalty programmes. With 20 years’ experience in marketing services, Sylvain went on to widen his scope of responsibility and today manages all of Bilendi's activities related to Customer Engagement and Loyalty.
Fabienne Lanza Sales Director - Web & Mobile Media
Fabienne has solid marketing experience from 10 years spent working for mail order companies. In 2007, she joined a leading agency in the digital marketing and database sector as their Sales Director.
With Bilendi since 2012, Fabienne is in charge of the monetisation of the database of the Maximiles France, Spain and Italy websites, the business development of the Fabuleos cashback website, and the mobile activity of the group: the Maximiles and Tellmewhere applications.
Lucie Deliry Poujol Director of Services for Market Research
Lucie joined Bilendi in 2004. She began by managing Purchasing and then took charge of marketing. In 2007, she was involved in the creation of the Panels department in France and the launch of panels for Spain and Italy.
She now manages an operational sales team, which assists market research companies with their local and international projects.
Chiara Colori Sales Manager
Chiara joined the company in 2010. She has grown in the Bilendi Panel Team firstly as a project manager then as an account manager, which gave her the chance to broaden her skills and her knowledge of the market research industry. She is now in charge to drive and develop the Italian Market to a new high at Bilendi.
Valle Castro Bermejo Client Development Director
Valle joined Bilendi in Sept 2016 to develop the local market in Spain helping the market research companies and media agencies to collect data. Valle has been working for over more than seven years for two leading international agencies in the digital marketing and database sector as Sales Consultant for the Spanish market. Previously – and while living in London – she worked for two full service Market Research Agencies (TNS Sofres and EMS Research). At EMS Research she initially worked as PM, conducting studies in diverse methodologies, and progressed into Operations Director managing and overseeing the work of a multidisciplinary team of project managers.
Robin Spicer Operations and Site Director
Robin Spicer is Operations and Site Director in Berlin and joined the company in March 2016. He is responsible for Operations in the DACH region as well as management of the office in Berlin. Together with Andreas Knappstein he leads the German business.
Robin has nearly 20 years experience working in market research, at Icon Added Value as Director Data Technologies and most recently as Technical Director (CTO) at Conoscenti GmbH.

Enzo Rodia Head of Marketing & Media Sales
Enzo has more than 10 years' experience in the use of marketing data. He began his career as a Marketing Analyst for Sodexo, and then perfected his digital marketing skills as the Marketing Manager for ipoints.co.uk. Since 2009, Enzo has led Bilendi's marketing team in the UK. There, he is in charge of B2B and B2C marketing strategy, and also acts as the communications consultant for Bilendi's clients.
Craig Keith Financial Director
Craig joined the company in 2008. He is responsible for Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Administration in the UK. He is also called upon to participate in the reporting and budgeting of the Group's other companies.
Craig has solid experience in the setting up and development of financial functions, based on the automation and rationalisation of procedures. He has previously worked for fish4, LTA, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and various companies involved in the oil industry in Scotland.
Stephen Boardman Director of Services for Customer Engagement & Loyalty
Stephen is a specialist in the fields of customer loyalty and engagement. He joined the company in 2007.
He has played a major role in the development of loyalty in an extremely competitive context. He has worked with some of the biggest European brands, such as Mothercare, Dell, AOL and Moonpig.
Previously, Stephen spent 5 years leading a team for ADVFN and was also part of Nettec, a mainstream digital solutions distribution company, working on behalf of major groups such as News International.
Helen Ryan Director of Services for Market Research
Helen is a market research specialist with 10 years' experience at international level. She joined Bilendi in April 2014.
She is in charge of the development of Bilendi's Service Offering in the British market. Thanks to her experience, she is speeding up the international development of Bilendi panels.
Helen spent 7 years with SSI, managing their Singapore office, before moving to Australia to develop and manage a large account across the whole of the Asia-Pacific region.
Corinne Villalba Director of Services for Market Research, Europe
Corinne joined Bilendi in March 2015 as Director of the Services for Market Research, Europe. With 25 years' experience in business development for the online panel supply industry (Research Now), in operations management for international market research companies (Ipsos, Kantar Operations) and in cross-disciplinary roles in change management (Research International Europe du Sud), Corinne's mission is the operational and strategic management of production and sales teams in Europe.
Andrew Mairon Managing Director
Andrew is the Managing Director of Bilendi GmbH. He is at the head of Bilendi's German team.
Andrew studied Marketing and Economics in Bielefeld, Germany. He has a solid grounding in marketing as well as research, with more than 16 years' experience with TNS. Andrew was part of the team that developed the international ISO standards for Online Access Panels. His international experience includes both start-ups and large international companies.
Julie Petrone Marketing Manager
Julie joined the Bilendi team as Marketing Manager in February 2013. Julie studied Sociology and obtained her Master's degree in Paris. After arriving in Berlin in 2009, she worked for an affiliate network as the Online Marketing Manager.
Hicham Amadi General Manager & President
Hicham is at the head of the 2WLS company, a pioneer company in the field of customer loyalty in Morocco, which has been part of the Bilendi group since 2009.
A graduate engineer from the Ecole Nationale Supérieur in Caen, he began his career as a consultant with Atos Origin. He is also President of the Association of Technological Companies in Morocco (ASTEC). Hicham was involved in the wording of the 'autoentrepreneur' legislation in France, and in particular the use of mobile payment to offer welfare cover and the use of banking facilities by very small businesses.
Siham Elmejjad General Director
Co-founder of 2WLS in 2005, Siham managed projects and organisation there for 3 years before becoming the Business and Development Director. The General Director of 2WLS - Bilendi Morocco since 2014, she is in charge of the definition and implementation of the development strategy of the business in Morocco as well as the follow-up of existing clients and partners. Siham has been a part of the rapid development of 2WLS since its creation and has contributed to its most innovative projects. She has more than 12 years' experience in marketing strategy, business development and telecommunications services.
Wiam Fahim International Director
Co-founder of 2WLS in 2005, Wiam is responsible for the implementation of the development strategy of 2WLS - Bilendi Morocco in Africa and the Middle East. Wiam occupied the post of Operations and Marketing Manager for 9 years before taking charge of international business development in 2014. Under her responsibility, the marketing team successfully launched and transformed loyalty programmes. Wiam has more than 15 years' experience in marketing, finance and the chemicals industry.
Ludivine Dupieux Planning & Production Director & Artistic Director
Ludivine joined Bilendi's webdesign team in 2001, before taking up the post of Artistic Director for the group. With her experience in organisation and her technical expertise, which was actively involved in the group's development, she went on to become Planning & Production Director in 2011.
Ludivine ensures that the quality of development is constantly improving. She is also responsible for the management and organisation of the technical team (web designers, developers, system administrators), which aims to help the various entities of the group bring their projects to fruition.
Guillaume Luchet Lead Developer & Director of R&D
Guillaume joined Bilendi Technology in 2007 as a developer and then went on to hold the post of Director of R&D in 2010. In 2014, he opened the Bilendi Technology offices in Grenoble in order to expand the development team. Constantly monitoring technological developments, in over 10 years of experience, Guillaume has acquired solid skills in software architecture, quality assurance and databases. He is a graduate of the Cs2i in Limoges.
Janne Auma-aho Country Manager
Janne joined the company in July 2009 having previously worked as a Research Planner with the Finnish publishing group Keskisuomalainen. With a Master's degree in Marketing, Janne has a good understanding of market research and customer requirements. Janne played an important role in the company's growth in the Finnish market. He worked in close collaboration with local media agencies and research institutes, providing them a high-quality service thanks to a professional and dedicated local team. Over the last 5 years, apart from sales development, Janne has also managed all aspects of various research projects.
Carita Sievers Senior Research Manager
Carita has a long career as a consultant in the research industry behind her, working with companies such as Nielsen, Gallup and YouGov. Her main fields of expertise are consumer goods, banking, insurance and international surveys in the tourism industry. Carita joined the company in August 2014 as the Senior Research Manager in the Stockholm office.
Steen Agerskov Director
Co-founder of M3 Research, which was acquired by Bilendi in 2015, Steen was very much involved in the development of the brand in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Specialising in client accounts management, Steen is responsible for sales development. Steen has been working in the research sector for 15 years. He has occupied posts in sales and client accounts management with TNS, Gallup and YouGov.
Helle Raun Oddershede Chief Executive Officer
Helle is the CEO of M3 Research, a company that is present in Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway, and was acquired by Bilendi in 2015. Initially responsible for sampling sales to local and international clients in 2008, Helle has been the CEO since 2011. Beyond her expertise in the fields of research, management and strategic management, Helle has worked in the IT sector for 25 years.
Andreas Knappstein Sales Director
Andreas Knappstein is heading the DACH sales (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) since November 2015 as the new Sales Director of Bilendi GmbH. In this position, the business graduate is responsible for the entire sales in German-speaking countries. Since 2005 Andreas Knappstein has worked in various positions in the market research industry. As Head of Key Account Management he worked for several years at Questback GmbH (formerly Globalpark), was Managing Director of Liveloop GmbH and most recently Sales Director at respondi AG.
