AI-AUTOMATED "QUAL ON THE FLY"
Quant data tells you what is happening, Qual on the Fly helps you understand why
Qual on the Fly lets you attach a short qualitative follow-up to any quantitative survey, automatically, with zero extra setup. After the quant, a selected sub-group answers 5 to 10 open-ended questions via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. Responses are automatically moderated and analysed by Bilendi’s AI BARI delivering rich insight on top of your existing quant data.
What you deal with everyday
What quant open-ended questions tell you:
Why do you buy from this brand? "Good price, good product, fast delivery.”
What qual reveals:
“I’ve been a customer for years. They’ve earned my trust — reliable products, real support, and they always make things right. That matters more than the price.”
